One record, end to end
A listing, an enquiry, a viewing, an offer and a completion are stages of the same record — not five systems pretending to talk to each other.
Evidence over assertion
Valuations show their comparables. Viewing feedback is written down. Nothing important is communicated only by phone call.
Fewer, better viewings
A brief that separates constraints from preferences produces a shortlist of four, not forty. That is the whole job.
Software that agents will actually open
