Verano Quay
The county's newest waterfront district — glass, water, and a very short history.
Overview
Verano Quay occupies the former container yard on the eastern shore. The masterplan is deliberately dense and deliberately tall: six residential towers, a hotel, and a public promenade the length of the basin.
It is the only district in the county where the majority of homes are apartments with concierge service, and the only one where a meaningful share of buyers are investors rather than occupiers.
Lifestyle
- Two-kilometre public promenade around the basin
- Concierge, gym and residents' lounge in every tower
- Waterfront restaurant terrace open year-round
- Direct ferry link to Harbor Point in season
